Project Coordinator

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada

The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the execution of General Electric and/or Siemens (formerly Rolls-Royce) industrial gas turbines through the repair/overhaul process within the TCT depot facility. The PC will be responsible for ensuring that each project is managed in the most expeditious time line and within the commercial value of the project as agreed to by the Customer and setup by the Project Manager. Other aspects of the job include completion of the final report and invoicing for the services performed. In addition, the Project Coordinator must manage multiple stakeholders of the project, including the Customer(s), internal staff members, contractors and vendors.

Project Manager

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management of General Electric and/or Siemens (formerly Rolls-Royce) industrial gas turbines through the repair/overhaul process within the TCT depot facility. In addition, the PM must manage multiple stakeholders of the project, including the Customer(s), internal staff members, contractors and vendors. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer.

Vendor Coordinator

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada

Reporting to the Team Leader, Supply Chain, the Vendor Coordinator is responsible for all subcontracting of repairs to third party vendors.

HSE Administrator

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada

Reporting to the Manager, HSE and Asset Integrity; the HSE Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Department with administrative activities and functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proven ability to maintain confidentiality and create positive working relationships.

HR Generalist

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HR Generalist is responsible for a diverse set of responsibilities in all areas of the HR function. This role’s primary focus is to support core HR programs such as recruiting, onboarding/off-boarding, employee/labour relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and benefit programs. The HR Generalist will provide timely advice and guidance and exercise sound judgement, effective problem solving and decision-making skills as well as ensure compliance with policies, processes and legislation.

Payroll Analyst

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Payroll Analyst is responsible for providing technical payroll support, pay processing for regular and off-cycle, analytical reporting, and year end requirements. This role utilizes the UKG (UltiPro) information management system as a strategic tool.

Thermal Spray Technician

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada

Reporting to the Team Lead, Component Repair, the Thermal Spray Technician is responsible for the preparation and restoration/repair of industrial gas turbine components using thermal spray processes such as Atmospheric Plasma Spray, Combustion Powder Spray and High Velocity Oxygen (Gas) Fuel Spray.
