HR Generalist

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HR Generalist is responsible for a diverse set of responsibilities in all areas of the HR function. This role’s primary focus is to support core HR programs such as recruiting, onboarding/off-boarding, employee/labour relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and benefit programs. The HR Generalist will provide timely advice and guidance and exercise sound judgement, effective problem solving and decision-making skills as well as ensure compliance with policies, processes and legislation.
